My love affair with the world began long before I stepped onto a Disney ship or a cobblestone street in Europe. It started with my mother, who instilled in me a deep sense of wanderlust and the belief that the best education happens outside of a classroom.
That passion led me to Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. My time in Lubbock wasn't just about textbooks; it was about understanding the "Golden Rule" of hospitality. I took that knowledge across the pond, spending three life-changing months studying and working in London, which remains my favorite corner of the globe to this day.

Today, I call Texas home, where I live with my husband, our two adventurous kids, and our two beloved dogs. My family is my ultimate "travel crew"—they are always ready to pack a bag and head wherever the road (or the flight path) leads us.
